Nancy Oriola, CEO/Clinical Director
Nancy has a Masters in Social Work and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, National Master Guardian, Professional Geriatric Care Manager and Certified Financial Planner. For over 25 years, Nancy has provided clinical and financial management services to adults, with a special emphasis on geriatrics, mental health and family mediation. Nancy trained in “Adult Guardian Mediation” through the Center for Social Gerontology and received an “Interdisciplinary Geriatric Certificate” through UNM’s School of Medicine. She attended the National Elder Mediation Training in Boston, MA in 2010. Her memberships include: New Mexico Guardianship Association Board of Directors (Vice President), Santa Fe Estate Planning Council, National Guardianship Association, National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and National Association of Social Workers. Advisory Councils include: NM State Guardianship, Heritage Home Healthcare and Hospice of the Sandias.

Theresa McFerrin, COO
Teresa is a National Certified Guardian and Certified Hotel Administrator. She has 35 years experience in organizational management and consulting, with a specialization in operations and business development. Theresa is a member of the National Guardianship Association, New Mexico Lodging Association and the Greater Albuquerque Innkeepers Association.

Michael Beauregard
Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Licensed Bachelor of Social Work and is a National Certified Guardian. Michael has been a care manager with Decades, LLC for the past four years and prior to that worked for the State of New Mexico for over 25 years in the Department of Health, Long-Term Services Division and Developmental Disabilities Division. Michael serves on the Board of the Sol Amor Foundation and is a member of the New Mexico National Guardianship Association and the New Mexico Association for Continuity of Care.

Margot Keener
Margot has a Juris Doctorate and is Certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She practiced law for 12 years with specialty areas in mediation, personal injury, non-profits and business organizations. Margot has 18 years experience serving as a mediator and handling a wide range of case types in a variety of forums. She also has eight years experience in mix use real estate development and adaptive use of historical structures including extensive negotiation experience with a wide variety of community groups, governmental agencies, construction management and project marketing.
