Fiduciary/Court Services Decades, LLC is available to act as agent for elders, in the capacity of Guardian, Conservator or Power of Attorney. In Guardian or Conservator proceedings, we provide Court Visitor services and may be called upon to provide Expert Witness testimony. Many young seniors are requesting that Decades be named in their legal documents to act as fiduciary, either for health care, finances or both, at some unknown time in the future, and only if the need for a fiduciary should become necessary. Please ask about this special arrangement prior to completing your documents with your attorney. Many family members are already acting in some fiduciary capacity for an elder – often from a distant State. Decades is also available to act in the role of Agent to family members who need a local resource to handle day-to-day matters. This relationship does not remove the authority or responsibility from the family member. It simply provides local assistance in a way and when such assistance is needed.
