Our Services

The Decades group model allows us to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer an on-call system and are there when needed; day or night. Those out-of-town families within our system can be assured that if your loved one faces a medical emergency, we will be on site and working with you and your loved ones medical team to insure that appropriate information is communicated and decisions are managed.
