The Partners:

Nancy, Barbara and Theresa have been friends for almost twenty five years. They each bring unique experiences and strengths to the partnership that have allowed Decades to offer the community high quality professional services. Both Nancy and Barbara continue to work with the Associate team in providing direct services to elders. Each partner feels a strong commitment to ensuring that families have a group of professionals that put the needs of our elders first.

• Nancy J. Oriola, CEO: , Licensed Master Social Worker, Registered Guardian. Twenty five years providing clinical and financial management services to adults, with a special emphasis on geriatrics, mental health and working with families.
  
   
• Barbara J. Singer, CFO: Masters in Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant. Twenty One years combined experience in social service and medical administration, and eldercare accounting services.
  
   
• Theresa McFerrin, COO: Certified Hotel Administrator. Thirty five years in organizational management and consulting, with a specialization in operations and business development.
  
   

The Associates:

• Catherine Combs, LISW – Clinical Social Worker, Care Manager
  Cathy’s strength and experience lies in the areas of medical case management and mental health. She came to Decades after 9 years with the University of New Mexico in which she held the positions of Discharge Planner in the In-Patient Geriatric Mental Health Unit and Clinical Therapist at the UNM Psychiatric Center. In addition to her work with the Case Management Team, Cathy provides Comprehensive Assessments and acts in the role of Court Visitor in Guardianship procedures.
   
• Mike Beauregard, LBSW – Care Manager
  Mike is a 30 year veteran in the field of social work and case management. Recently retired from the State of New Mexico, Mike spent his early years working with the developmentally disabled and many of his later years in the administrative area with the NM Department of Health. Mike’s personal experiences with his own aging parents influenced his decision to work with elders and families in this next phase of his professional life.
   
• Katie Hronich – Financial Case Manager
  Katie works under the supervision of Barbara Singer in ensuring that all financial information is obtained and all necessary steps are taken protect and conserve client accounts and assets. Katie is responsible for the handling of the unlimited number of details elder’s lives require attending to in the area of finances.
