Guardian Coordinator/Care Manager
Earl is a dedicated Care Manager with extensive experience supporting individuals in need of guardianship and care coordination. For most of his professional career, Earl has worked with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New York State, serving in a variety of leadership roles that reflect his deep commitment to advocacy and person-centered care. He attended SUNY (State University of New York) Albany and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Earl has held key management positions within chapters of The Arc New York, including serving as Executive Director. In this role, he helped grow and manage programs such as service coordination, supplemental group day habilitation, and advocacy initiatives. Most recently, he served as a Care Manager Director for Care Design New York—the largest care coordination organization in the state—overseeing services in the Upper Hudson Valley region.
Currently, Earl continues his mission-driven work as a Care Manager, while also serving as a professional advocate through New York State’s Independent Advocacy Panel. His lifelong dedication to the field reflects a passion for empowering individuals, supporting families, and strengthening systems of care.
Earl and his wife recently moved to the Southwest from New York to spend more time with family. They are a proud military family—every one of their sons has served in the U.S. Army or the U.S. Marine Corps. Earl is a lifelong fitness enthusiast and martial artist, committed to staying active and disciplined in both body and mind.
