Alexis Watkins LMSW, CMC, NCG  

Chief Operations Officer


Alexis is a Licensed Social Worker with an extensive background in care management, guardianship, and behavioral health services. She has been affiliated with Decades for more than 12 years and currently serves as the Director of Operations. Alexis oversees the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care and service coordination for clients. She also manages overall operations, including financial team oversight, administrative staff supervision, and day-to-day organizational functions. 

Alexis completed her master’s degree in social work at New Mexico Highlands University. Serving as a Care Manager and Clinical Director since 2013, she has been advocating for and assisting individuals with their healthcare decisions, assessing needs, working with families, and ensuring they live their best life. 

In addition to her work at Decades LLC, Alexis brings an extensive background in in-patient behavioral health. Her experience in this area has provided a strong foundation for improving the long-term effectiveness of mental health care services for those she serves. 

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys life with her husband and their two amazing sons. She loves traveling with family, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with the family dogs, Jackson, Gracie, and Barrett. 

Leia Cunningham, BHS, CPRP, NCG

Clinical Director

Care Manager, National Certified Guardian


Leia has brought over a decade of experience in case management working with clients with complex physical and mental health challenges to effect meaningful changes in their lives. Leia’s background in psychiatric rehabilitation gives her a unique perspective on recovery and rehabilitation that she uses in her work to provide advocacy and support for her clients. Her experience as a case manager makes her well suited to coordinating the care and resources necessary to meet the complex needs of our clients.  

In her role as a Care Manager, Leia ensures clients are receiving appropriate medical care, housing, and ensuring quality of life. Leia enjoys developing a solid working relationship with her clients and their families, walking alongside them as they navigate the often-challenging decisions and circumstances of aging. Her background in behavioral health provides a strong foundation to support her clients and their families with compassion and empathy.  

In her free time Leia enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband and their three children. She is also pursuing a Master of Social Work degree from NMSU and anticipates graduating in May 2027.  

Chris Dunlap, RN, CRRN, NCG

Nurse Care Manager, National Certified Guardian


Chris brings a high level of exceptional skill and experience to provide our clients with specialized care. In her capacity as a care manager, Chris coordinates clients’ medical care, housing, quality of life services, and more. As a Nurse Care Manager, Chris provides guidance and resources to individuals and families who care for the elderly & disabled. 

Prior to joining the Decades team, Chris was a Field Nurse who specialized in pediatric and adult care. She was also a Clinical Manager at Bayada Home Health Care, where she managed Quality Assurance and the implementation of the care plans for over 50 clients.  

Chris holds an associate’s degree in nursing and is a licensed Registered Nurse. She is certified in Rehabilitation Nursing and serves as a Dementia Educator. 

In addition to dedicating her life to serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities, Chris enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren and rock-hounding in her spare time.  

Janine Brunjes, RN, BSN, MA

Nurse Care Manager, Gerontology Specialist


 With over 50 years of dedicated service in nursing, Janine brings a wealth of experience and leadership in home health and hospice care. She has served in several executive roles, including CEO and Vice President at Memorial Healthcare System in Houston, Texas, and Regional Director of Operations for Heritage Home Health and Hospice. Janine also held the position of Director of Home Health and Pediatric Hospice at the University of New Mexico Hospital, where she was instrumental in advancing care models for vulnerable populations. 

Currently, Janine works as a Nurse Care Manager with Decades, LLC, where she has been serving clients and families for over a year and a half, continuing her lifelong commitment to high-quality, compassionate care. Holding degrees in nursing and gerontology, she remains a passionate advocate for aging populations and patient-centered health services. Outside of her professional life, Janine is an avid golfer and enthusiastic traveler, always seeking new ways to enjoy life and stay active.  

Robert Lopez, BA, NCG

Care Manager, National Certified Guardian


Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New Mexico and brings a wealth of experience in case management, particularly with individuals with mental illness and those experiencing homelessness. He is highly skilled in-service coordination and care management, known for his calm, solution-focused approach. 

Robert is dedicated to working closely with each individual to understand their unique needs and to develop personalized solutions that respect their values and goals. His compassionate and client-centered mindset ensures thoughtful and effective support. 

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and extended family. His hobbies include watching movies, playing games, and travelling.  

Earl Layumas, BA, NCG

Care Manager, National Certified Guardian


Earl is a dedicated Care Manager with extensive experience supporting individuals in need of guardianship and care coordination. For most of his professional career, Earl has worked with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New York State, serving in a variety of leadership roles that reflect his deep commitment to advocacy and person-centered care.  He attended SUNY (State University of New York) Albany and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.   

Earl has held key management positions within chapters of The Arc New York, including serving as Executive Director. In this role, he helped grow and manage programs such as service coordination, supplemental group day habilitation, and advocacy initiatives. Most recently, he served as a Care Manager Director for Care Design New York—the largest care coordination organization in the state—overseeing services in the Upper Hudson Valley region. 

Currently, Earl continues his mission-driven work as a Care Manager, while also serving as a professional advocate through New York State’s Independent Advocacy Panel. His lifelong dedication to the field reflects a passion for empowering individuals, supporting families, and strengthening systems of care.   

Earl and his wife recently moved to the Southwest from New York to spend more time with family. They are a proud military family—every one of their sons has served in the U.S. Army or the U.S. Marine Corps. Earl is a lifelong fitness enthusiast and martial artist, committed to staying active and disciplined in both body and mind. 

Faith Manzanares, BBA

Director of Financial Services 


Faith leads with a strong belief in the power of collaboration. In addition to managing her own client portfolio, she drives team performance by promoting strategic input, sharing responsibility, and ensuring team members are equipped to deliver results. Her leadership ensures deadlines are met, processes run smoothly, and client assets remain protected. 

Born and raised in New Mexico, Faith holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Mexico. She brings nine years of banking experience, most recently serving as a branch manager, before bringing her leadership and financial insight to Decades. Faith is committed to building strong professional relationships, improving operational efficiency, and delivering solutions that benefit both the team and the clients they serve. Outside of work she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her husband on outdoor excursions.  

Adrianna (Audri) Robertson

Financial Manager


Adrianna "Audri" is a dedicated Financial Manager at Decades LLC, where she has spent the past four years specializing in client benefits, and asset management. Her meticulous approach and deep understanding of financial processes have made her a trusted resource within the organization. 

Audri brings a rich background in customer service, with over five years of experience spanning the Department of Motor Vehicles, retail, hospitality, and client support. This diverse experience fuels her empathetic and solution-oriented approach, combining professionalism, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others. 

Currently pursuing a degree in business and marketing, Audri is passionate about personal and professional growth. Her proactive mindset, attention to detail, and drive for excellence make her an integral member of the Decades team. 

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending quality time with her two beloved dogs. 

Jenna Soherr, BA 

Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper


Jenna is a highly skilled multitasker who keeps our office running smoothly. As our Administrative Assistant, mail processor, paperwork handler, bookkeeper, and digital file organizer, she brings exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic that our team relies on daily. 

She earned her bachelor’s degree in general studies from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Before joining Decades, Jenna was actively involved in volunteer work. She managed the raffle counter and sound mixer for Folk Madness, a New Mexico-based folk dancing group. Her volunteer efforts also included supporting a reading program at Albuquerque Public Libraries, helping at a summer camp for dogs, and walking dogs for a local animal shelter. 

Jenna’s passion for animals and community service began early. Before turning 18, she was selected for a junior ambassador volunteer program that partnered with a thrift store to raise funds for an animal rescue shelter.
